Brioni Says Bon Voyage with Straight And Slim Silhouettes

A straight and slim silhouette is the romantic base of Brioni’s adventurous fall/winter 2016 men’s collection—and the high-waisted trousers, double-face cashmere smocks, and hoods with straps only but enhance the Brioni man’s well-dressed voyage. As formal fabrics make their way into the collection in an array of midnight blues, blacks, greys, and alpine greens, we see mink, herringbone intarsia, and suede perfectly contrasting with the masculinity of functional hiking boots, carry bags, and backpacks.

Sturdy patch pockets and necklines are seen on blazers and shirts, and elegant gloves, scarves, and hats complement each look. The bulk of the collection’s patterns and prints are subtle and professional, yet rich and masculine—further reinstating Brioni’s distinctive language.
