We’ve come to look forward to Unlimited at Art Basel, now in its seventh year. The special platform, put together by curator-at-Large at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden Gianni Jetzer, offers a chance for participating galleries to present large-scale installations, sculptures, performances, and more—basically, what wouldn’t fit in the booth. Transcending what’s typically presented at the fair, Unlimited this year will include 72 monumental works by artists like Camille Henrot, Jenny Holzer, Lee Ufan, Lygia Pape, Yu Hong, Francis Alÿs, Polly Apfelbaum, Sam Gilliam, Yoko Ono, and Rirkrit Tiravanija.
