By Whitewall

December 5, 2017

The Design District in Miami gets bigger and better every year. And this week, the star of the show is the brand new ICA Miami. Here’s what they’ll have on view there and elsewhere around the neighborhood.

“FORCE AND FORM” AT THE DE LA CRUZ COLLECTION
December 2017—November 2018
“Force and Form” is a group show exploring shifts in visual culture in the late 20th century. Artists such as Tauba Auerbach, Dan Colen, Mark Bradford, Walead Beshty, Sigmar Polke, Glenn Ligon, Alex Israel, Sterling Ruby, Nate Lowman, Albert Oehlen, and others investigate issues of gender, identity, language, class, and power. Works in an array of media and material are on view, showcasing the artists’ ongoing experimentation in their practice.
