The five-day EXPO CHGO ONLINE begins today. Through April 12, the digital fair brings together 81 participating galleries, with a portion of proceeds going to the Art Dealers Association of America (ADAA).
Exhibitors include James Cohan, Corbett vs. Dempsey, Half Gallery, Rhona Hoffman Gallery, Kasmin, moniquemeloche, Peres Projects, Jessica Silverman, and more.

Special to this edition is a selection of works featured on the homepage, curated by names like Wassan Al-Khudhairi, Marcella Beccaria, Humberto Moro, Renaud Proch, and Eric Shiner.
Extending from the fair’s recent symposium, “Alternate Assembly: Environmental Impact in the Era of Pandemic,” each gallery is invited to select a piece that encourages discourse revolving around the reconsideration of the environment. This section connects to a virtual panel organized by Katie Pfohl, curator of New Orleans Museum of Art, titled “Environmental Thematic.”

EXPO CHGO ONLINE aims to enhance the virtual experience of art-viewing through the addition of performances, film screenings, discussions, and tours that foster “the interplay between galleries, collectors, curators, and patrons,” said Director Tony Karman.
