On Friday, August 19 in East Hampton, Guild Hall hosted its 2022 Summer Gala to honor the philanthropist Kathy Rayner. Recognized for founding The Guild Hall William P. Rayner Artist-in-Residence program in honor of her late husband, the artist Billy Rayner, Rayner was joined by supporters like Bill T. Jones, Bjorn Amelan, Peter Marino, Florence Fabricant, Stefano Tonchi, Jean-Michel Othoniel, and more. To welcome nearly 400 guests the Mulford Farm, a special night was planned—including a cocktail reception, a seated dinner, and a performance by the American Ballet Theatre dancers Jose Sebastian and Chloe Misseldine. The soiree raised over $750,000 in support of Guild Hall’s interdisciplinary programs.
Late last week in São Paulo, Tiffany & Co. hosted its “Yellow is the New Blue” event hosted by Anthony Ledru for the first time in Latin America. There to celebrate the maison’s latest high jewelry designs were over 170 special attendees and longtime supporters like J Balvin, Helena Bordon, and Bruna Marquezine. On Tuesday night in Venice, Italy, Miuccia Prada hosted a dinner to celebrate the Academy Award film director Alejandro González Iñárritu. In celebration of the 142nd edition, cocktails like the event’s iconic Honey Deuce and espresso martinis were served alongside light bites and savory sweets. Special for this year’s sporting event, as well, is the liquor company’s first-ever Honey Deuce Express delivery service. Available now through September 11, four packs of the pre-mixed famed Honey Deuce cocktails are available for delivery for consumers in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
