On Friday, August 19 in East Hampton, Guild Hall hosted its 2022 Summer Gala to honor the philanthropist Kathy Rayner. Recognized for founding The Guild Hall William P. Rayner Artist-in-Residence program in honor of her late husband, the artist Billy Rayner, Rayner was joined by supporters like Bill T. Jones, Bjorn Amelan, Peter Marino, Florence Fabricant, Stefano Tonchi, Jean-Michel Othoniel, and more. To welcome nearly 400 guests the Mulford Farm, a special night was planned—including a cocktail reception, a seated dinner, and a performance by the American Ballet Theatre dancers Jose Sebastian and Chloe Misseldine. The soiree raised over $750,000 in support of Guild Hall’s interdisciplinary programs.
