Go inside the worlds of art, fashion, design, and lifestyle.
The fifth edition of Miami Project opens tomorrow, December 1, at its new location just steps from NADA, 6625 Indian Creek Drive. This year’s space is massive, at 75,000 square feet, for an intimate offering of 20 exhibitors.
The international group showing modern and contemporary work includes presentations from galleries like Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery (London), Gary Snyder Fine Art (New York), Nil Gallery (Paris), Hashimoto Contemporary (San Francisco), Walker Waugh (Brooklyn), and Peter Mendenhall Gallery (Los Angeles), among others.
Artsy is the official partner of the fair, offering a first chance to peruse the booths, pick favorites, and ask sales questions. Look out for Dana Oldfather‘s abstract works at Red Arrow Gallery (Nashville), Eric Yahnker celver drawings and pastels at Zevitas Marcus (Los Angeles), and 3D floral works of Zhuang Hong Yi at Nil Gallery. Jonathan Ferrara Gallery is also showing a special and sure to be controversial installation by Ti-Rock Moore: ‘Merica (2016), a vending machine for guns and bibles.
Miami Project 5 is on view December 1—4.
