The Los Angeles Ballet (LAB) partnered up American fashion designer Monique Lhuillier in honor of its season 10 gala opening at Skirball Cultural Center last Saturday, celebrating beauty, extraordinary dance, and individuals who have significantly contributed to the arts.
The fashion brand selected ten looks from previous collection to be displayed, highlighting 20 years of Monique Lhullier fashion showcased in LAB’s first decade. The gala honored Chairman and CEO of W.M. Foundation Robert Day, who was honored with the Angel Award; and iconic performer Ben Vereen, who was granted the Global Impact Award; with tributes from Ghada Irani and performer Debbie Allen.

Proceeds from the event support LAB’s mission to serve communities throughout the Los Angeles County by implementing performance and arts outreach programs.
