The Museum at Guild Hall opens Roy Lichtenstein “Between Sea and Sky” exhibition is now on view in East Hampton, New York. The exhibition is comprised of 30 works spanning from the 1960s to the 1990s, where Lichtenstein began to explore landscapes and seascapes. In collaboration with the Roy Lichtenstein Foundation, the exhibition demonstrates the artist’s love for the East End. To accompany the show, there is a hardcover catalogue explaining the timeline, chronology, and bibliography and works in the exhibition. To open the exhibition, there was a keynote lecture on Lichtenstein and exclusive gala on August 7 at the museum.
“Between Sea and Sky” is on view through October 12 at Guild Hall.
