Gucci has partnered with the entertainment brand SUPERPLASTIC to introduce its latest NFT collection titled “SUPERGUCCI.” Due to launch on February 1, the collaboration takes the form of a three-part drop, featuring a series of CryptoJanky NFTs and an accompanying suite of physical ceramic artworks.

Known for its animated celebrities, digital collectibles, and vinyl toys, SUPERPLASTIC’s Janky and Guggimon have co-designed the bespoke series alongside the fashion maison. The pair of virtual celebrities and artists visited the digital concept-based store Gucci Vault for the occasion, finding inspiration in the brand’s signature prints, patterns, and icons to execute the collaboration—which then saw the physical designs handcrafted by the fashion brand in Italy.
Available on SUPERPLASTIC.CO and via Gucci Vault, the first “SUPERGUCCI” release will feature 10 NFTs, each accompanied in the physical realm by sculptural works bearing the unmissable Gucci aesthetic. In honor of the release, Gucci Vault will also be debuting its sixth drop of reconditioned, pre-owned vintage pieces, selected personally by the brand’s Creative Director Alessandro Michele and the house’s archivist to highlight a selection of numbered (and sometimes unique) archival pieces—like handbags, accessories, and a colorful leather jewelry trunk.
