Julia Klim is the co-founder of In Search Of, an AI lab making health more personalized and social.

Previously, she served as VP & Head of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development at Equinox Group, reporting to the Chairman. She remains a Strategic Advisor to the company.

At Equinox, Julia spearheaded the partnership with Mark Hyman and Function Health, launching a $40K/year membership program, and created Equinox Circle - a reimagined membership platform with eight premier partners including Oura, Blade, and Dorsia. She also helped open the first Equinox Hotel and led data strategy across Equinox ventures.

Julia invests in and advises companies including Function Health and Bandit Running, and counsels leading luxury brands on longevity strategies. She's quoted as a thought leader in The Economist, WWD, CNBC, and Forbes.

Earlier in her career she was an investment banker. she worked at PJT Partners and PIMCO. Julia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc with First Class Honours in Computer Science & Management from University College London.
