Harizi

Wissam Harizi is an independent curator and art and cultural advisor based between Paris and the United Arab Emirates. Her practice sits at the intersection of contemporary art, curatorial practice, and cultural strategy, advising institutions, brands, and collectors on the development of ambitious artistic and cultural projects internationally.

Her work is rooted in close dialogue with artists and in developing projects that respond to specific contexts, architectures, and identities. From defining cultural strategies to shaping their artistic expression, she works across exhibitions, artist commissions, collection development, and long-term cultural programs.

Harizi has conceived and advised on artistic and cultural projects for international houses and organizations including Dior, Louis Vuitton, Guerlain, and Jumeirah, collaborating with artists across generations, disciplines, and geographies. Her experience also extends to large-scale public art programs, including two editions of Noor Riyadh.

Across her practice, Harizi approaches cultural strategy and curating as interconnected ways of building meaningful relationships between artists, places, and audiences. Combining curatorial research, strategic thinking, and close engagement with artists, she develops projects that are distinctive, context-driven, and conceived to resonate over time.
