Design Miami/ Returns to Pride Park for 2021 Edition

From December 1 to December 5, the 17th edition of Design Miami/ returns at Pride Park, across from the Miami Beach Convention Center, showcasing 20th- and 21st-century design from top galleries around the world. Exploring the theme of “Human-Kind,” curatorial director Wava Carpenter focuses on design-led visions for a more equitable and community-driven future.

“While December will be a time to celebrate being together again in Miami with our wonderful galleries and partners, it is also an opportune time to reflect on some of the social environmental issues that have been highlighted over the past two years such as the lack of diversity in design. We have an opportunity to use the incredible platform that is Design Miami/ to hopefully start some conversations around these issues,” said Carpenter.
