Ease in stride paralleled the effortless movement of the clothes by Boglioli. The Boglioli man is confident and completely relaxed with the new spring/summer collection for 2017. Poise and grace became one when the functionally elegant designs strolled around the Milanese gardens.
Creative Director Davide Marello created looks for a man with reserve and fluidity in a manner of immutability. Boglioli men experienced freedom in unstructured blazers, fluid summer coats, pragmatic blousons, compact knits, lace-up brogues, and loafers. The neutral palette of petrol greens, burnt neutrals, pale blues, and faded purples was inspired by the abstract painter Nicholas De Staël.
Courtesy of Boglioli Marello aspired to create a soft-tailored collection with poetic vibrations in the gestural prints and shocks of compact color on knitwear. The collection had underlying themes of pragmatism with its patch pockets, sturdy surfaces, and a garment-dyed rucksack.
