As classy as it is comfortable, and as sleek as it is stylish, the new Boglioli fall/winter 2017-18 collection is one necessary for the changing seasons ahead. Earlier this week, unveiled in Palazzo Marino in Milan, we saw elegant designs from Davide Marello—the brand’s first creative director, appointed in 2015 from his former position as the head of tailoring at Gucci—that included a soft selection of sharp garments. Easy on the eyes, we swooned over a pair of deep ocean blue pants, paired with a two-button blazer in a mix of lighter and darker hues. To follow, we saw an unstructured double-breasted car-length coat, a relaxed suit jacket, and a waist-length peacoat in a large blue-and-black plaid print (with, of course, a pocket square opening to boot). To close out our wish-list, we stopped to stare at a long coat, held tightly together by thick knots and four wooden closures.
Adaptable to one’s personal taste, Boglioli offers comfort and style with ease.
