Buy.This.Now: Katy Donoghue’s Day and Night Looks for Miami

As Whitewall’s offices are just around the corner, we started off at Barneys and then moved on to some of our go-to shoe and accessories purveyors. Here’s what Katy came up with:

Day: I love a high-wasted short and a blousy top for warm weather, and this draped pocket blouse and box pleat short from Chloe seem oh-so South Beach. For shoes I chose Ten & Co.’s white and ivory striped oxfords for comfort and cuteness while hoofing it from fair to fair. I need a bag that can carry quite a bit during the day in Miami, and this Reed Krakoff Atlantique bag in nude multicolor leather will hold my press kits, iPad mini, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy Note II, and multiple bottles of spf 100 sunscreen that my pale skin requires. Finally, I fance-up this casual look with an amazing David Webb panther cuff in yellow gold with emerald eyes to boot.

Night: I opted out of a cocktail dress look after seeing these incredible textured cuffed pants and yellow boatneck shell top from Fendi. Heels are a must for evening events and these Giuseppe Zanotti pyramid-studded T-strap sandals are a statement all their own. As is this Lanvin evening satin broiderier paillettes clutch which is just big enough for me to fit my mobile for tweeting and Instagramming Whitewall’s party coverage. And this ubiquitous Hermes collier de chien cuff in black and silver plays nicely with the Zanottis, don’t you think?
