CELINE HOMME released The Dancing Kid, a “documentary” collection filled with eboys and current skate culture this week. The concept emerged in December 2019, when Creative Director Hedi Slimane photographed Noen Eubanks in London for the “Portrait of a Teen Idol” series.
The Dancing Kid, set to a soundtrack performed by Tiagz, candidly portrays a generation that took advantage of the confinement to spontaneously and creatively emancipate itself, creating an initiatory language inspired by dance and teen romance.

The collection includes lacerated jeans—a constant for Hedi Slimane—the CELINE Z trainers TR01 and TR02, and luminous leather jackets hand-embroidered with “The Dancing Kid” as a metaphor for reclaiming the night.
Slimane invited six artists to participate in shaping special editions—Tyson Reeder, Jesse Harris, Gregory Edwards, Ryan Ford, Amy Sillman, and Turpentine.
