This week, Chanel released the elegant “Code Coco” watch in Paris during Paris Fashion Week. The thin, silver wristband is complemented by a black dial featuring a single diamond and a distinct clasp. Located at the heart of the dial, the clasp is the code: opening and closing to reveal the secret of time.
The clasp, which first adorned the brand’s signature quilted 2.55 bag, was designed by Mademoiselle Coco Chanel in February 1955. Its return marks the timelessness of Chanel, honoring the traditions of the classic luxury brand while reimagining the design in a contemporary fashion.
