Sophisticated and stylish, yet comfortable and luxurious, the new women’s fall/winter 2017 collection by Brooks Brothers designed by Zac Posen is timeless. Romantic, flowy blouses were seen against structured iconic coats and blazers with a contemporary update. Cashmere cable knits, inspired by Donegal tweed, complemented a cashmere duffel coat—reminiscent of 1960s style with its unique closure and pearl grey tone.
“For fall/winter 2017, I created pieces that have a sense of timeless elegance. The collection is not linked to any one moment or place; rather, it is for the woman who appreciates enduring quality and a modern approach to fashion. These are items she will enjoy now and for many seasons to come,” said Posen, the creative director of womenswear.

A moon-and-flower print stood out alongside a deep printed paisley, and smart accessories, such as small satchels and tote bags, also made an impression. With snowflake and medallion motifs to tie in the full look, we were sold on a complete Brooks Brothers look for the upcoming fall season.
