From Sea to City: Brunello Cucinelli 2015 SS Menswear Collection

By Katie Chen

June 25, 2014

Made for modern travel man, Brunello Cucinelli’s 2015 spring/summer collection is made for any situation, occasion, or weather condition the traveling man may come across. Not only stylish, but highly functional, jackets, jeans, and sport coats are made completely versatile. The materials and colors used are cohesive and interchangeable, from sleek puffer jackets to waistcoats.

Inspired by the traveler, the collection is inspired by a journey to Africa and the Mediterranean. Natural, muted colors represent the various spices and colors one would find in those locales. Fabrics are lightweight (wool, silk, and nylon) and layering is encouraged! The silhouettes are made with tailored finesse and detailed stitching where well-balanced cuffs are essential to the perfect suit. As they keep very slimming and flattering to the male body, the look transcend current trends and keep to a timeless fashion.
