Vanessa Moody is the new modernist. This summer, the Texan model became the face for Prada Mod, a retrospective line inspired by the sixties in the U.K. In correlation with the launch of the new collection, a digital film was released starring Moody in Prada Mod eyewear.
The strong Mod subculture embodies a confidence in femininity, which Moody exalts in the eight episode series. Viewers are led through a treasure hunt of looks and lifestyles with hidden messages in each episode. Inspired by the mantra of Alan Sillitoe “Whatever people say I am, that is what I am not.”

The new Prada Mod glasses consist of acetate detailing framed by metal profiles. They provide a blend of the sixties style with modern touches for both sun and optical frames. The collection is currently available at Prada stores and selected retailers worldwide.
