Byron and Dexter Peart, the design duo (and twin brothers) behind WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie, kicked off the opening day of Pitti Uomo, Florence, with the unveiling of “The Garden House,” a custom built structure housing their spring/summer 2014 collection.
Located in the Piazzale delle Ronde, the greenhouse-esque space showcased an array of offerings from the unisex brand. The display was made up of key investment pieces, from embroidered totes to sleek weekenders, walking the line between style and function with ease.
Nautical blues, primary reds, and mustard yellows, ran throughout the collection on show, a nod towards the bright expression of the season to come. The Montreal-based brand has once again stayed true to their clean, unifying designs comprised of organic materials and soft leathers perfect for the modern gentleman.
