Sacai Finds Words of Inspiration in Lawrence Weiner

In Paris, Sacai debuted its spring/summer 2018 men’s and women’s pre-spring collections. A work by artist Lawrence Weiner was incorporated into the collection stating: “Stasis as to vector. All in due course.”

The lines introduced a new idea on suiting through a three-layer fabric, while evening dresses boasted of military details in patch-pockets to read as camouflage. Footwear by Hender Scheme complemented the season with featured cowboy boot archetypes.
