For spring/summer 2018, Salvatore Ferragamo has come close to dressing nearly every man. With elegant touches on classics like blazers, knits, shorts, and dress pants, we found unexpected details in each look. Buttoned-up necks were seen on the side, shorts were wider that usual, and dress shirts were elongated but light.
Guillaume Meilland found inspiration in the understated sophistication of sun-drenched coasts. Lightweight materials used in cuffed trousers and the shoes below. Bags and briefcases were functional—with appropriate straps, handles, and compartments for whatever the need. And a special little detail to leave with: a keychain of sorts, seen dangling coral from the loop of a sand-colored belt. It’s off to the Riviera, and it’s summertime at last.
