For fall/winter 2013–14 London Fashion Week, Tom Ford put the Cat in Catwalk. From black lace cutouts and serious animal prints, to fuscia and neon asymmetrical leather suits, he is designing for a woman that gets what she wants and demands to be seen and not forgotten. Reminiscent of Married to the Mob, but with a chic makeover, this collection moves in a direction that we’ve not seen from Ford before. Bold hues and bright pinks drenched with a leopard overcoat were paired with lots of black and lots of skin. If this collection is any indication, Ford is well on his way to making sexy garb that will keep us wondering what other surprises await the coming seasons. Meow.
