This week in preparation for Art Crush 2019, we’re hearing from art, culture, and lifestyle experts on how they enjoy Aspen. Below, we’re sharing tips from Amnon Rodan—a collector and the Co-President of the Board of Trustees of the Aspen Art Museum.
“So many choices for fun in Aspen. For lunch, I love the tacos at Meat and Cheese. I also love to visit the Aspen Art Museum for art and stay for lunch at the SO cafe, where the menu changes weekly. Two great places for dinner are Ellina and Cache Cache. At Ellina, they have a great artichoke bruschetta and fettuccine pasta. At Cache Cache, they have an awesome veal osso buco and great fruit crisps. For a late night meal (like the delicious fried chicken) and dancing, go to 7908. Be sure to drink a lot (of water) since you are so high up!”
