Perched on Ibiza‘s dramatic west coast between the turquoise coves of Cala Conta and Cala Codolar, 7Pines Resort Ibiza has long been known for its panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the island’s legendary sunsets over Es Vedrà. This season, however, the five-star resort is giving guests another reason to linger: an expanded culinary program that positions the property as one of Ibiza’s most exciting gastronomic destinations.
From refined Nikkei cuisine and open-fire cooking to garden dinners and sunset aperitifs, the resort’s restaurants reflect the island’s relaxed pace while embracing an increasingly sophisticated approach to dining. Whether visiting for a weekend escape or simply booking dinner after a day at the beach, 7Pines has created a culinary experience for every moment of the day.
A New Culinary Destination: IKISAKI

Leading this year’s additions is IKISAKI, a new Nikkei restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean and the iconic silhouette of Es Vedrà. Blending the precision of Japanese cuisine with the bold, sunlit flavors of Peru, the concept explores one of today’s most celebrated culinary traditions in a setting designed as much for the view as for the food.
The menu brings together fresh ceviches, tiraditos, sashimi, sushi, and creative cocktails, balancing vibrant flavors with refined presentation. Signature dishes include feather-light beetroot bread and spicy tuna maki rolls, while seasonal seafood and citrus-forward preparations reflect Ibiza’s coastal surroundings.
Printed against the backdrop of sea and sky, the restaurant feels relaxed rather than formal, making it equally suited to a leisurely lunch or an elegant dinner timed perfectly with sunset.
Returning Favorite: Nela with Óscar Salazar

Returning for another season at 7Pines Resort Ibiza, Nela with Óscar Salazar continues to be one of the resort’s signature dining experiences. Centered around open-fire cooking, the restaurant highlights exceptional ingredients with restrained, ingredient-driven preparations inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.
Signature plates include scallops with pumpkin, grapefruit, and blood orange, alongside robata-grilled amberjack served with confit Jerusalem artichoke and beurre blanc. Smoke, char, and careful technique enhance rather than overpower each ingredient, while an extensive wine program complements the menu with thoughtfully selected labels.
The atmosphere remains intimate and understated, allowing both the cuisine and the surrounding landscape to take center stage.
Sunset Dining at Cone Club

Few places on Ibiza are as synonymous with sunset as Cone Club, whose cliffside terrace has become one of the island’s most sought-after evening destinations. Newly renovated this season, the restaurant introduces an even stronger culinary focus while preserving its famously relaxed atmosphere.
As golden hour approaches, the daily Sunset Ritual brings live DJs and music that gradually accompanies the transition from day to night. Guests can stop by for cocktails and small plates, linger over shared dishes, or settle in for a full dinner as the evening unfolds.
Rather than the high-energy pace of Ibiza’s clubs, Cone Club embraces a slower rhythm, encouraging long conversations, leisurely meals, and uninterrupted views of one of the island’s most spectacular natural landmarks.
INODEQ Garden Brings Nature to the Table

Among the resort’s newest additions is INODEQ Garden, an immersive open-air dining concept guided by the philosophy, “Our Recipe Is Nature.”
Set within an Ibizan garden cultivated in harmony with its surroundings, the experience begins among the very herbs, vegetables, and edible plants that inspire the menu. Guests are invited to explore the gardens before sitting down to a meal where seasonal produce, exceptional seafood, and premium meats are prepared over open flames.
The aromas of wood smoke, fresh herbs, and Mediterranean sea air become part of the experience, reinforcing the connection between landscape and cuisine. Designed primarily for intimate celebrations, weddings, and private gatherings, INODEQ Garden transforms outdoor dining into an immersive expression of Ibiza’s natural beauty—one where the setting is every bit as memorable as the meal.
