The collection, titled Harmony IV, was created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil and celebrates the depth of American and European oaks. The Vibrant Oak expression features notes of vanilla bean, panna cotta, and toasted coconut, while the Guardian Oak expression evokes aromas of dates, figs, and star anise. Brewed in small batches in the foothills of the Japanese Alps, Sake ONO’s Junmai Daiginjo employs only four ingredients: water, rice, yeast, and koji. The pure water runoff of the mountains’ melting snow and the local rice fields contribute to the sake’s clean, crisp taste, resulting in an incredibly refreshing pour with umami notes of pear and melon. We love drinking this spirit both chilled or stirred into Negronis and Vesper Martinis. With its stunning, stark black bottle, this sake would make an excellent gift for any host or spirit-lover.
