Loulou, SPA DIOR, and Musée Delacroix: Almine Rech’s Paris

FIAC 2017 opens this week (October 19-22), and we’re sharing gallerist Almine Rech‘s insider tips on where to eat, sip, see art, have fun, and relax during the festive week. And for more on this year’s edition of FIAC and the surrounding fairs, exhibitions, events, and happenings, check out Whitewaller London & Paris 2017, out now in Paris.

WHERE TO EAT AND SIP
My favorite restaurants are Loulou at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Atelier Robuchon on rue Montalembert, and Kinugawa on rue du Mont Thabor. I like Montana in St.-Germain and the bars at Meurice and Montalembert.

WHERE TO SEE ART
There are many good galleries on rue de Turenne and rue Debelleyme. For museums, Centre Pompidou, Picasso Museum, Palais de Tokyo, Fondation d’entreprise Ricard, Fondation Louis Vuitton, and the Musée Delacroix at the place de Furstenberg.

WHERE TO HAVE FUN AND RELAX
For me, either the Piscine Molitor Paris 16 or SPA DIOR at Plaza Athénée.
