Last Thursday, online auction house, Artsy celebrated the launch of their first fashion collaboration, with the brick & mortar retail experience, THE LINE, co-founded by Vanessa Traina and Morgan Wendelborn. The collection includes a vast range of artworks from photography to minimalist mixed-media collage pieces. Traina and Wendelborn act as co-curators with Christine Kuan and Rebecca Bronfein Raphael of Artsy to present a unified vision of a luxury lifestyle comprised of finely tailored garments, elevated interior design objects and a limited edition collection of art.
Artists in attendance included Lauren Seiden, Sanda Iliescu, Jeffrey Hoone, Werner Bischof, Nicholas Alan Cope, Chip Hooper, Do Ho Suh, and Tony Scherman. Participating artists will have their pieces exhibited for six weeks in the space.
