Birrieria Zaragoza, Club Lago, and Jackson Park: Brad Lynch’s Chicago

For EXPO Chicago 2016, we handpicked a few insiders—a select group of those in-the-know on all things Chicago—that shared with us how to navigate the city during the art fair. Next up, we have architect Brad Lynch, who shares his top spots to eat, drink, network, and relax this week.

Where to eat
Blackbird for the grilled Sturgeon or Duck Breast. Not far from Midway airport, Birrieria Zaragoza has the best goat dishes outside of Mexico.

Where to sip
Club Lago for a sensible cocktail and no-frills ambience, and where you will always bump into an architect or designer. Cindy’s in the Chicago Athletic Association for the stunning view of Millennium Park and expertly crafted cocktails, such as a Manhattan.

Where to network
Chicago Architecture Foundation.

Where to see art
The Modern Wing, The Art Institute of Chicago.

Where to have fun
A Sailboat on Lake Michigan.

Where to relax
The Garden of the Phoenix in Jackson Park.
