Brand New: Louis Vuiton Releases a New Fragrance and Travel Case, Hill House Home Partners with Stephanie Fishwick, and More

This week, Whitewall’s showing you what’s brand new from brands like Louis Vuitton, Golden Goose, Hill House Home, and more.

Bang & Olufsen has released five new BeoSound 1 portable wireless speakers exclusively through Sotheby’s. Continuing its excellence in design, craftsmanship, and sound, the brand illustrates its work with technology, amplified from its unique anodized and dyed aluminum structure. A combination of art and design, the new speakers are available for viewing at the Bang & Olufsen boutique on Madison Avenue.

For furniture, Mario Bellini’s Plisse table, made of solid glass, shows a structure with a flat bottom (instead of legs), with its material bent up in a curved shape for a tabletop—open at its center. Underneath, it encompasses a triangular magazine rack, available in the matching transparent glass or ruby red. The table is available now at Suite NY.

Patricia Urquoila has also released a new piece in collaboration with Glas Italia, the Liquefy table, available as a high or low table and available in either blue-green or pink-beige. With an emphasis on color, texture, and material, the piece is an elegant piece of art as a singular item, or as a set. Urquoila’s table is also available now at Suite NY.

Antonio Citterio Design has re-released its Cestone sofa, unveiled to celebrate its 10th anniversary. Designed to sit in the center of the room, the sofa emphasizes the design of its back and sides, showing a metal structure upholstered with closely-woven woven strips of cowhide. Available in 13 different colors (4 of them in suede), the Cestone results in a checkerboard pattern with a strong visual design impact.

Golden Goose’s new STARDAN shoe defines the brand’s “worn-out” aesthetic, available in five colorways—dropping individually each month until October. The new design is an homage to American basketball and craftsmanship, shining light on the labor of creating.

Shortly after the launch of Louis Vuitton’s men’s fragrance collection, the house has released a first-ever oud fragrance, Ombre Nomade. The unisex scent is available in refilled, customizable bottles, which can also be house in an initialed leather case. The new fragrance also comes accompanied by a smaller travel spray.

Another new item for Louis Vuitton is its travel case, made in collaboration with FIFA to celebrate the final World Cup game in Russia. The case, carrying the FIFA World Cup original trophy, is covered in lightweight laser-engraved monogram titanium, has cowhide leather corners, and locks with six clasps made of ruthenium.

Hill House Home has teamed up with Virginia-based artist and calligrapher Stephanie Fishwick for the limited-edition Morning Glory throw pillow, made with a Fabachrome technology (a waterless digital printing technique to minimize chemical rub-off). Sold exclusively on online and in the Hill House Home flagship store on Bleecker Street, the pillow exudes decorative art, botanicals, and a love for manuscripts and vintage charm.
