Brave Society: A Night Celebrating the Art of the Divine Feminine

Last Wednesday, December 4, the former Playboy Plaza in Miami was reactivated by 5D-Scoiety for a Born This Way benefit hosted by Lady Gaga’s Creative Producer Nicole Ehrlich, 5D-Society, Whitewall and Paddle8.

The event helped kick start the week of Art Basel Miami Beach with a dinner and after-party honoring some of the creative world’s most influential female artists including: Hilary Harkness, Cass Bird, Amber Arbucci, Deborah Willis, Floria Sigismondi, Millie Brown, Sophia Wallace, Natalie Frank, Nina Chanel, Sophia Muller, Peggy Sirota, and K8 Hardy. Ehrlich curated the fabulous, female-empowered art auction, along with Paddle8, which sent proceeds to the foundation founded by Lady Gaga and mother Cynthia Germanotta. The foundation aims to enable youth and inspire bravery and courage for a kinder, more courageous world.

The intimate dinner hosted by Patrick Duffy and Omar Hernandez, and  of 55 guests enjoyed food prepared by the famed New York restaurant, Omar’s. Guests dined on a delicious menu of mushroom croquettes, lobster bites, and Papas Brava, radicchio salad, and an entrée of hen of the wood mushroom filet mignon and potatoes.

After dinner, the after-party commenced in the grand theater, where guests danced to music spun by DJ Honey Dijon and Ebony Bones, with an alluring art-deco inspired performance by Linda Clifford.
