Artsy and Nautilus, a SIXTY Hotel, hosted an intimate dinner and party at the new art-focused hotel in South Beach last Wednesday, December 2. Co-hosted by Katherine Bernhardt, Dan Colen, Mira Dancy, Eddie Peake, and Chloe Wise, a guestlist comprised a mix of artists, collectors, partners, and friends including Dasha Zhukova, Leonardo DiCaprio, Giovanna Battaglia, Derek Blasberg, Harmony Korine, Daniel Loeb, and Dustin Yellin were treated to dinner by chef Alex Guarnaschelli at the Driftwood Room Terrace and music by Guy Gerber afterwards at the Cabana Club Beach Tent.
The event celebrated “Artsy Projects: Nautilus,” a week-long series of artist installations, performances and events featuring the event co-hosts, including site-specific installations by Bernhardt and Peake, as well as works by Nicolas Lobo, Scott & Tyson Reeder, and Nick van Woert which was all curated by Artsy’s Elena Soboleva. The series took place along the hotel grounds located in the heart of Miami’s Art Deco District.
