Fort Gansevoort, The Empire State Building at 1am, and Facetime without Phones: Hank Willis Thomas’ New York

By Whitewall

March 4, 2016

It’s Armory Arts Week! That means fairs, gallery shows, museum exhibitions, and plenty of events – all taking place here in New York. We are here to guide you through the must-see and be-seen-at spots around town. All week-long we’ll bring you “Insider Tips” from those in-the-know on what to see, do, eat, and drink. Next up, artist Hank Willis Thomas.

The Empire State Building at 1am

My friend Adam just opened a space called Fort Gansevoort one block away from the new Whitney. Its kind of an enigma space but I dig it. Next up, the new Studio Museum building designed by David Adjaye.
