Last Friday night, The New York Botanical Garden celebrated its 20th annual Winter Wonderland Ball in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory. Beginning with cocktails and conversation, then dinner and dancing, the event supported a furthered education, with all proceeds going to the NYBG’s Children’s Education Program. Sponsored by Bottega Veneta, the event welcomed special guests like Georgina Bloomberg, Natalie Bloomingdale, Peter Brant Jr., Eric Goldie, Gillian Hearst, Gillian Hearst, Elizabeth Kennedy, Sterling McDavid Amory McAndrew, Jason Pomeranc, and Ariana Rockefeller.
On Tuesday night, Brooks Brothers hosted its annual holiday party in New York, benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. At the brand’s Madison Avenue flagship location, guests joined Marlo Thomas and Claudio Del Vecchio, Brooks Brothers Chairman and CEO, for holiday treats and themed activities like ornament decorating and balloon art. Invited visitors also were surprised by live performances by singers from Pretty Woman: The Musical, Mean Girls, The Boys and Girls Choir of Harlem, and Wynton Marsalis.
