Last night, an image of dozens of roses was projected on to the façade of the Palais Garnier, the Paris Opera House, in celebration of the M.A.C Cosmetic collaboration with Giambattista Valli. Inside, the floral extravagance continued, with hundreds of roses strewn about the glamorous space. Crystal-dripping chandeliers and grand staircases were lit pink, the hue of the décor almost as radiant as the new line of lipsticks. Guests included Naomi Campbell, John Demsey, Emmanuel Perrotin, Noor Fares, and Joséphine de la Baume, whose husband musician Mark Ronson performed along with 2manydjs.
Valli’s first lipstick collection consists of five matte colors ranging from peachy pink to bright orange and includes a glaze gloss. All items will be available starting July 9
