Now through July 24, Cellini Jewelers in New York is presenting an exhibition of Swiss watchmaker Greubel Forsey. The show, “The 20 Calibres Retrospective Exhibition” illustrates the atelier’s evolution since its debut in 2004. Visitors are able to experience Greubel Forsey’s timepieces firsthand, including a number of the company’s greatest achievements, from the Grande Sonnerie to the Double Tourbillion 30°—its first calibre.
Greubel Forsey only produced eight of The Double Tourbillion 30° timepieces, and the Double Balancier is one of the most technically advanced pieces the brand offers. Another watch of note is the QP à Équation, which has remarkable functions including a tourbillion set at a 25° angle.
Cellini’s New York boutique is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
