In the midst of Paris Haute Couture Week, High Jewelry Week arrived and disappeared just as quickly, with international eyes fixed on the newest in haute joaillerie. At Boucheron, Claire Choisne pays homage to Frédéric Boucheron, reinterpreting four iconic pieces through a sharper, more contemporary lens and a focus on technical freedom. Repossi continues its Blast story with a second chapter that leans into color, unfolding across two palettes, one in warm sunset tones and the other in icy blue-white contrasts that sharpen the spiral silhouettes. At Dior, Victoire de Castellane turns to gardens and the natural world, tracing flora and fauna through a feminine, enchanted narrative rendered in vibrant stones and couture-level detail.
Across the week, one idea kept resurfacing. High jewelry is increasingly designed to be lived in, not locked away. Transformable constructions, modular elements, and multiwear silhouettes invite pieces to be reconfigured and reintroduced, offering new ways to wear, restyle, and reveal them long after the shows end.

A French staple since 1858, Boucheron continues to push the codes of Place Vendôme with a new High Jewelry Week collection by Claire Choisne, paying homage to the house’s origins through four key pieces. One reinterpretation, The Address, draws from the archives, with a pendant that recalls the octagonal Place Vendôme, now sharpened and intensified through a monochrome contrast of white gold and diamonds against deep black lacquer. The focal point becomes a mise en abyme of emerald-cut motifs, fluid yet geometric, with baguette diamonds recut to follow the natural curve of the neck. The central motif can be detached and worn as a ring.
The Spark revisits the iconic claspless Question Mark necklace, spotlighting eight geometric-cut diamonds that crescendo into a 5.01-carat kite stone. The Silhouette is a technically complex, couture-supple jewel in white gold and diamonds that transforms six ways. It was made possible by invisible clasps hidden in the collar and precisely crafted articulations, with over seven meters of bezel-set diamond chains and a stepped baguette pavé for sculptural relief. Finally, The Untamed celebrates overlooked flora and fauna through ivy, translating its wild stems and leaves into a multiwear system that can become a long or short Question Mark necklace, a collar necklace, a brooch, or a hair jewel.

Founded in 1957, Repossi has long treated gold like architecture, building volume, carving negative space, and letting light do half the work. This season, the Place Vendôme maison returns to its Blast High Jewellery collection with a second chapter unveiled in January 2026 during Haute Couture Week, extending a project that first surfaced in July 2025 with 21 creations. The mood channels 1980s glamour, but it’s refined through Repossi’s signature restraint, with bold, graphic silhouettes that read as both ornament and object.
In this new chapter, Blast rings, earrings, and cuffs push deeper into color while staying disciplined in form. The pieces feature precious and fine stones in oval, pear, cushion, and round cuts, arranged across two distinct palettes. One runs warm, pairing mandarin and citrus tones, garnets, and sunrise hues with pink gold. The other turns cool and high-contrast, setting sapphires, tanzanites, and indicolite tourmalines against white gold. Across both, the collection is defined by Repossi’s ongoing tension between fullness and emptiness, where minimal lines hold maximum impact and craftsmanship becomes a kind of quiet provocation.

For High Jewelry Week, Dior’s Artistic Director of Jewelry Victoire de Castellane, designed Belle Dior, a collection that celebrates femininity through gardens, couture, and a refined sense of enchantment. Comprising 57 pieces, the new chapter moves like a dream rendered in gold, diamonds, and colored gemstones, with an elegant sense of fringe and motion. De Castellane stages a fantastical landscape filled with poetry and romance, where swaying pendants and celestial motifs echo Monsieur Dior’s ball gowns.
Among the highlights is Soleil Céleste, anchored by a yellow diamond and punctuated with stars and moons carved from black opal doublets set on turquoise. The set includes a bib necklace with a ring, earrings, and a bracelet, with transformable elements that shift into a choker, plus a brooch that can double as a hair accessory. Elsewhere, Jardins Multicolors blooms in greens and powder pinks, while Dearest Dior turns to tanzanite for a cooler, luminous depth. Every stone is carefully chosen and precisely placed, including a standout ring featuring a 6.5-carat pink spinel cushion solitaire that appears to metamorphose into a flower. Here, haute joaillerie becomes a form of storytelling, with nature as both the muse and the method.
