This week, we’re covering FIAC in Paris, as well as its surrounding events. To give you an insider look at the city, we’re talking to those in-the-know, who are sharing their favorite spots to dine, drink, relax, and see art at. Below, we hear from Alexandra Fain, the director of Asia Now.
WHERE TO EAT AND SIP
Nobu Matsuhisa at the Royal Monceau is a must. Another favorite is the LiLi restaurant at the Peninsula hotel, close to the Asia Now venue, which is on avenue Hoche—the dim sum is to die for! For a health kick and Sunday brunch, I love Les Orchidées at Park Hyatt. Oh, and when I’m in
London or Hong Kong I always head to Duddell’s!
WHERE TO SEE ART
In Paris, I never get tired of the usual suspects—Centre Pompidou and Palais de Tokyo. Fondation Louis Vuitton and Fondation Cartier also have fantastic exhibition programs, and La Maison Rouge has great exhibitions.
WHERE TO HAVE FUN AND RELAX
After Asia Now, I’m planning to relax with a long weekend at le Cap Ferret. Time there with my family and friends is priceless.
