José, Park House, and Nasher Sculpture Center: Megan Wood’s Dallas

By Whitewaller

April 11, 2019

All this week in preparation for the Dallas Art Fair, we’re hearing from leading design, art, culture, and lifestyle experts on how they enjoy Dallas.

“Early spring in Dallas usually means weird weather shifts—balmy sunshine for 24 hours, followed by extreme arctic cold fronts the next day. On the lovely balmy evenings, my family and I can be found on the patio at José sipping the usual (Casamigos Blanco, lime juice, and small bottle of Topo Chico) and enjoying the amazing food of Chef Anastacia Quiñones. When the weather turns cold, I like to head inside to Park House, the new private social club that my husband and I opened with our partners, Deborah and John Scott, in Highland Park Village. On the cultural side, the Nasher Sculpture Center. The new Sterling Ruby exhibit is terrific, and of course the gardens at the Nasher never disappoint if the weather is cooperating.”
