KOKO, Royal Academy of Art, and Blakes Below: Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe’s London

For Whitewaller’s inaugural London&Paris issue, out for Frieze London 2016, we handpicked a few insiders—a select group of those in-the-know on all things London—that shared with us how to navigate the city during the art fair. Next up, we have music producer and owner of Housekeeping Records, Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, who shares his top spots to eat, drink, network, and relax next week.

Where to eat
L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon. It has an amazing vegetarian menu not to mention the deserts, which are out of this world.

Where to sip
My favorite bars for drinks are Chiltern Firehouse and Blakes Below. Regarding cocktails, I keep it very simple with a vodka martin but happiest with a beer in my hand.

Where to network
The best network is always the Housekeeping parties at KOKO.

Where to see art
I’m old-school and love the Royal Academy of Art. That said, every summer the Serpentine does something very special.

Where to have fun
House parties, dinners at home, or friends’ houses are where the fun really happens. That’s where people get to properly let their hair down.

Where to relax
When it comes to relaxing, I love the spa at the Hotel Café Royal. It has a great pool, and I try to swim there everyday.
