Two years after introducing their first line of perfumes, Louis Vuitton has released Le Jour Se Lève. This latest scent debuted last week alongside a new collection of fragrance travel cases and travel-sized perfumes. Created by master perfumer, Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, the Le Jour Se Lève is crisp like the raw light of daybreak.
Le Jour Se Lève features of one of Belletrud’s favorite notes, Mandarin, which simultaneously carries the freshness of the fruit’s zest and flesh, while maintaining floral notes from the tree itself. Accompanying the sweet, citrusy notes are Jasmine Sambac, Cassis, and Encens et Musc. Together, they create a harmonious burst of energy meant to leave the wearer ready for a new day of adventure—which is where the new travel set comes in handy.
