For the past two weekends in the Hamptons, Mary Lou’s, Delilah, and Chase Sapphire Reserve took over Montauk with electric moments that merged music, mixology, dining, and dancing. Equal parts supper club, nightclub, and social experiment, the destination became one of the most sought-after reservations, thanks to its maximal interiors, high-energy performances, and sensational prix fixe menus.

For it, the venue partnered with Delilah and Chase Sapphire Reserve on an exclusive residency that blended live music, hospitality, dining, and curated experiences. Presented by The h.wood Group and Chase Sapphire Reserve, the activation also offered an early glimpse at Lady Delilah—the hospitality group’s anticipated New York debut, opening later this year.

Whitewall attended last weekend’s soirée—alongside special guests like BMX rider Nigel Sylvester, creator Jack’s Dining Room, and jewelry designer Greg Yüna—and, because Mary Lou’s uses spectacle as appeal, it was no surprise we found dot prints, saturated colors, velvet banquettes, and chandeliers creating an atmosphere suspended between the glamour of old Palm Beach, the excess of Studio 54, and the spontaneity of downtown Manhattan nightlife.

Inspired by Mary Lou Curtis, the muse behind the concept, the concept first debuted in Palm Beach in early 2025, where founders Joe Cervasio, Topher Grubb, and Alex Melillo transformed the former Berto’s Bait and Tackle property into an entirely new destination. Since then, the trio has expanded the brand to Montauk and, most recently, to Miami’s W South Beach, proving that nostalgia still has tremendous power when paired with sharp design, memorable hospitality, and a healthy dose of irreverence.
The residency’s opening weekend set a high-energy tone, bringing together an lineup of performers across music, entertainment, and nightlife. Guests were treated to appearances by Mike Posner, Ravyn Lenae, Mark Ronson, and Nicole Scherzinger, each adding their own distinct energy to the evenings. The mix of live performances, surprise moments, and an ever-evolving crowd underscored what Mary Lou’s has become known for in Montauk—creating experiences that feel orchestrated yet spontaneous.

The final weekend of the residency opened with a lively performance by Chromeo, whose electro-funk music kept the energy up into the early hours. On Friday evening, DJ Cassidy took over, transforming the dance floor into a celebration that stretched well into the night. Saturday delivered the weekend’s biggest moment, when Grammy Award-winning artist T-Pain stepped onto the stage for a performance that felt like a millennial singalong. Guests enthusiastically joined in as he performed favorites like “Buy U a Drank” and “Bartender,” turning the evening into one of those quintessential Montauk nights that people are still likely talking about long after summer ends.

Throughout both weekends, visitors encountered a series of thoughtfully curated activations. Luxury accessories membership club Vivrelle hosted an immersive gifting experience featuring designer handbags and subscription offerings, while Jolene Coffee kept guests energized with cold brews and oat milk lattes served from its dedicated cart. A gifting suite stocked with custom Delilah Montauk sweatshirts, luggage tags, hats, larger-than-life cookies, and other exclusive pieces completed the experience.
