They’ve been such an incredible partner, and we’re delighted to bring back all the magic of last summer,” said Richard Christiansen, Founder and Creative Director of Flamingo Estate, “We’ll be back at the same location in the heart of East Hampton, but everything else is all new, with plenty of surprises in store all summer.”

Mytheresa and Flamingo Estate Debut The Railroad Racetrack this Summer
The day began with guests arriving at The Railroad Racetrack to explore the luxurious brands showcased throughout the shop. Mytheresa brought designer brands such as Missoni, Khaite, Givenchy, and more to be featured in the store with an array of clothing and fine jewelry for shopping. Flamingo Estate introduced the “Inconvenience Store” inside the storefront that has a variety stock of apothecary and pantry products for guests to indulge in.
Throughout the day Solento Tequila provided guests with summer cocktails as they enjoyed music throughout the day. Playing on the location site, a racing-themed game room had guests enjoying miniature race cars competing on a custom racetrack. Luxury car brand Porsche, the official sponsor of the shop, had on display their newest electric Taycan and Macan vehicles that guests were allowed to test drive. The day was a success filled with shopping and laughter launching the seasonal shop for summer.

The Railroad Racetrack space design takes inspiration from the building’s past, taking an ode on racetrack motifs throughout the shop. A memorizing feature of the shop is a miniature racetrack garden that is equipped with race cars for customers to partake in competing races. The room is then surrounded by Mytheresa designer clothing brands for products to shop.
Other highlights of the shop include a VIP lounge where clients have the opportunity to make an appointment with Mytheresa personal shoppers. Providing customers the pleasure of building a relationship with the shoppers to build them a wardrobe off their personal style and being able to have a relaxing shopping experience. The interior of the shop also has a game room installed with racing video games emphasizing the theme of the auto-body shop location. The Flamingo Estate installed a section in the shop called the, “Inconvenience Store,” that is a miniature section of apothecary and pantry products. While the official sponsor of the pop-up, Porsche, is providing their electrical cars for test drives throughout the summer.
The exterior of the shop is located across the street from the railroad station and will be painted in a bright lilac and the bold Mytheresa yellow which can be spotted from the train. In addition to the experience from the venue itself, daily additional adventures will be available to customers such as special product customization and energy readings with a healer, and in-person shopping with some of your favorite designers. The team of Mytheresa and Flamingo Estate have thought of all aspects to continue a memorable experience for all guests to enjoy.
