Last night, the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) held a gala at the Tribeca Rooftop honoring artist Deborah Kass, author Terry McMillan, the Ford Foundation for visionary support, and choreographer Dwight Rhoden.
Notable presenters of the night included art historian and critic Robert Storr, dancer and choreographer Carmen de Lavallade, and publisher and author Carole DeSanti. Artwork by Diana Al-Hadid, Rob Carter, Gabe Barcia-Colombo, Wade Kavanaugh, Steven B. Nguyen, Nick Vaughan, and Jake Margolin were also on view. In the end, the evening raised $400,000.

Guests like Chuck Close, Casey Fremont Crowe and Brandon Crowe, Beth DeWoody, Vincent and Shelly Fremont, Sarah Gavlak, Paul Kasmin, Justin Peck, Susan Rockefeller and David Rockefeller, Jr., Eric Shiner, Toby Usnik, Darren Walker, and Wendy Whelan, enjoyed cocktails, dinner, dessert, and dancing.
