Last night, this year’s winner of the Panerai Design Miami/ Visionary Award, SHoP architects, was celebrated with a dinner at the home of Craig Robins.
The night had a touch of whimsy, with mermaids splashing their fins poolside and synchronized swimmers glided along the surface.
The evening followed an award presentation at Panerai‘s Miami Design District boutique with the watchmaker’s CEO Angelo Bonati, and the unveiling of SHoP’s site-specific immersive installation at the entrance to Design Miami/, Flotsam & Jetsam, entirely made from 3D printing.
Guests yesterday included Karolína Kurková, Elle Macpherson, Larry Gagosian, Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine, and Vito Schnabel.
