When Samsung invited Whitewall to its Galaxy Note II launch party a few weeks ago, we became really excited, but one question loomed: At a generous 5.5 inch HD touchscreen, was the Galaxy Note II too big to meet the professional and social needs of the magazine’s editors? We decided to put the device to test by using it to conduct our social media coverage of the events happening during Art Basel Miami Beach, our industry’s most demanding professional and social event of the year.
After a day of Instragram, Facebook, and Twitter updates through our #WWMIAMI and @whitewallmag handles, we found “the smart phone that can do it all” to live up to its reputation quite nicely. Evenly matched with our hands, the “Phablet” is surprisingly light, thin, and super fun to use.
