Whitewall and 196 Orchard Host Rooftop Celebration

Last Wednesday in New York, Whitewall celebrated the anticipated opening of 196 Orchard’s rooftop. The residential project by Magnum Real Estate Group, Real Estate Equities Corporation (REEC), and Wainbridge Capital, is outfitted with 89 design-driven residences. Layouts—ranging from studios to four-bedroom condominiums—are elegantly crafted by Incorporated Architecture & Design, adorned with a mix of industrial accents and luxurious materials.

On the expansive rooftop, just in time for sunset, guests joined art patrons and real estate representatives for a celebratory toast. The new 4,300-square-foot rooftop terrace, equipped with sweeping views, cabanas, two chef’s tables, and two al fresco kitchens, was packed with visitors to enjoy the sweeping view.

Special guests—like Jane Powers, Eric Zollinger, Sarah Robertson, Doug Brown, and Skyler Rhoten from Douglas Elliman’s 196 Orchard team; Glenn Davis, Tyler McLeod, Alex Andrejko, Skyler Rhoten, Eric Zollinger, and Kimmie Knecht from Douglas Elliman; Chiu-Tu Jansen, Founder and CEO of China Happenings; and Jordan Brill, Partner at Magnum Real Estate Group—enjoyed the festivity, complemented by lively music, bites of tacos, and sips of tequila.
