Whitewall Presents: Douglas Elliman New Developments in Miami Beach & Fort Lauderdale

Douglas Elliman is behind some of the major luxury real estate developments in South Florida. Below are some new private residences designed by powerhouses like Renzo Piano and Piero Lissoni.

EIGHTY SEVEN PARK, MIAMI BEACH
Eighty Seven Park offers a selection of private, oceanfront homes designed to seamlessly embrace both park and ocean. Located in Miami Beach’s newest neighborhood, it is the first residential project by the Pritzker Prize–winning architect Renzo Piano in the United States. The design from an international award-winning team includes interiors by RDAI and landscape design by WEST 8. With unobstructed views of the ocean, park, Intracoastal, and Miami skyline, the 70 residences offer expansive open floor plan layouts and sundecks encompassing up to 75 percent of exterior versus interior. The Eighty Seven Park lifestyle offers amenities that focus on an atmosphere of luxury, service, and attention to detail including an Enoteca Wine Bar, Soul Center Spa, Fugo Bar & Grill, and oceanfront Pools & Cabanas.

THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES, MIAMI BEACH
Comprised of 111 luxury residences and 15 private single-family villas, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach reimagines living in Miami Beach, offering modern and elegant design, Italian craftsmanship, a unique location, and resort-style services on seven and a half acres of waterside land. The picturesque enclave, designed by master Italian architect Piero Lissoni, boasts luxury amenities including a private 36-slip marina, meditation garden, spa, rooftop restaurant, and pool. Nowhere else in Miami Beach can you find a setting quite like this—a quiet, purely residential community with lush landscapes and natural water— and it’s all just minutes from Miami’s main cosmopolitan centers.
